Pounding Stone Co. sells masala from Kodagu. A dining table in Bengaluru is planned, not yet open. This note is for the shop on this site. It follows the spirit of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we keep

• Your bag and recent orders live in this browser only (local storage). We do not upload them to a warehouse of customer profiles.
• If you sign in with Google or X, we receive your name, email, and (if you have one) a profile picture so the account page can greet you. That session is held by this app’s sign-in service.
• Checkout asks for a delivery name, address, phone, and email so we can pack and ship. On this preview those details stay on the device.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or crash reporters that phone home. We do not sell lists. We do not use non-essential cookies. The only cookies involved are the sign-in session, if you choose to sign in.

Your choices

Clear the bag from the bag page. On the account page you can wipe local orders and sign out. To ask us to forget a live order once shipping is real, write kitchen@poundingstone.shop.

Children

This shop is not directed at children under 18.
